Job Description

Lead nationwide spare parts sales and operations
Drive sales targets and ensure availability, distribution, and efficiency
Manage and develop regional and functional teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across aftersales and commercial functions
Ensure consistent execution across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

The Successful Applicant

8-10 years of experience in spare parts sales and operations
Exposure to nationwide scope and large team management
Proven track record in driving commercial performance
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
High potential candidates with solid spare parts experience may be considered.
