Job Description

Lead and manage a national sales team

Improve account receivables and reduce backlog

Ensure strong collections and product sell-out
Expand market opportunities and maintain adaptability to changing conditions

The Successful Applicant

A Successful National Sales & Marketing Lead Should Have

Minimum 10 years of experience in agriculture, ideally with crop-growing background
Proven track record in national or district-level sales leadership
Strong technical knowledge of plant nutrition (phosphorus, nitrogen, boron, etc.)
High-energy, physically and mentally fit for extensive travel
Strategic marketing capability and understanding of market segmentation
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team
