The Data Analyst is responsible for turning raw CRM and campaign data into automated, reliable insights that optimize marketing performance and drive customer retention. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing and growth teams.
You Will Be Responsible For The Following (Key Responsibilities)
Extract and Clean Data: Query, aggregate, and normalize large datasets from CRM platforms and multi-channel engagement campaigns.
Build Dashboards & Reports: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and performance reports using BI and visualization tools.
Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and churn.
A/B Testing Support: Assist marketing teams in setting up structured A/B tests for campaigns and analyze the results.
Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer behavior to build and refine dynamic audience segments for targeted marketing efforts.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for data extraction, GSheets/Excel for quick analysis, and BI tools for visualization.

Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex data points into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration & Agility: Proactive communication style that thrives in a fast-paced environment working alongside marketing, product, and growth teams.

Actionable Insights: Regular, data-backed recommendations that improve campaign open rates, conversions, and customer retention.
Single Source of Truth: Reliable, automated, and up-to-date marketing dashboards trusted by stakeholders and leadership.
Campaign Post-Mortems: Comprehensive post-campaign analysis reports detailing what worked, what didn’t, and next steps for optimization.
Data Integrity: Clean, well-mapped, and well-documented CRM data structures that ensure accurate reporting.
