Position: MuleSoft Developer/ Architect
This role is responsible for delivering innovative solutions based on the edge MuleSoft ESB and MuleSoft Cloudhub. The primary function of this role is to deliver customer satisfaction through Design, Developer and Testing roles on MuleSoft ESB projects ensuring consistent use of methodologies with timely and effective delivery execution. You will be provided training and certification in MuleSoft ESB and work in teams to provide lead developer solutions to clients all over the world.
Duties And Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy complex, scalable, highly available and reusable applications
Lead the implementation of suitable solutions and implementation standards
Work closely with project managers and architects to understand integration requirements and translate these to junior members of the team
Assign tasks to other developers in the team suitable to their skill level and the complexity of work
Provide timely status updates to project leadership and highlight problems early
Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients on time and of quality.
Contribute to our Intellectual Property, Project Accelerators & Software development
Demonstrate teamwork by proactively assisting other team members across projects, sharing knowledge and contributing to team meetings and events
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across our methodologies, IP and internal processes/operations.
Work independently with the given set of requirements and able to translate them into working code and produce easy to read and understandable documentation.
Develop and deliver code for integrating complex systems that is easy to read, comprehend and maintain.
Willingness to travel globally and be flexible in working hours and location based on our customer’s needs
Required Skills
3-5 years of overall IT experience with a bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent, with focus on APIs and/or microservices
Strong Java developer background and understanding of integration principles.
Hands-on experience with exposing web services (SOAP and/or REST)
Used any version control system (e.g., Git, GitLab, AWS CodeCommit, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, CVS, SVN, Mercurial, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in middleware/ESB technologies (MuleSoft ESB, Apigee, Dell Boomi, WSO2, webMethods, Tibco, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, Workato, Snaplogic, Jitterbit, Talend, Informatica, JBOSS, IBM Websphere, Oracle SOA, etc.)
Any MuleSoft certification is a plus (MCD, MCPA, MCIA)
Strong RDBMS / SQL or exposed to other messaging protocol (JMS, FTP, SMTP)
Prior experience in a consulting services company
Configuration Management, release and deployment
Application Support and IT operations on a need basis
