Migration Developer - Contractual UK SAAS WFH

Work Arrangement: 6 months contract

Schedule: 4PM - 1AM PHT (Monday - Friday)

What are we looking for?

• A love of problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
• The legacy system uses a derivative of the Pascal language
• Experience in JavaScript/Typescript and React/Node.js
• A good knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Ability to document solutions and provide support to end users.
  
  

What will you do?

• Undertake the migration of code from a legacy solution to a modern alternative that uses a combination of scripting and GUI configuration.
• Work alongside existing experts to gain the required skills.
• Engage directly with end users to establish logic that might not be clear from a study of the code and to organise testing.
• Keep stakeholders up to date with progress.
