Microsoft 365 Administrator US Managed IT Services WFH

Schedule: Monday- Friday (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Microsoft Certified professional to support, optimize, and manage Microsoft 365 environments for SMB clients. This role plays a key part in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions aligned with modern workplace needs.

Skills Required

• Microsoft Certified:
• MS-800: Managing Microsoft Teams
• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• 2-5+ years experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Defender / Security tools
• Azure fundamentals
• Backup & disaster recovery solutions
• Exposure to cloud migrations and hybrid environments
• Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint
• Azure AD / Identity & Access Management
• Endpoint Manager / Intune
• Experience supporting SMB environments or MSP (Managed Service Provider) setups
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills

What will you do?

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage identity and access (Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
• Configure and maintain endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
• Support security and compliance (Defender, data protection, policies)
• Troubleshoot user, system, and connectivity issues across cloud environments
• Assist with tenant migrations, onboarding, and optimization projects
• Collaborate with internal engineers to deliver managed IT services for SMB clients
• Document configurations, processes, and client environments
