What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Proven hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and optimize performance
• Experience in creating ad copy and visual content; proficiency with graphic design tools (Figma preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude AI) is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Strong English proficiency for client communication and reporting
  
  

What will you do?

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
• Upload ads created by clients and manage campaigns to meet acquisition and affiliate goals
• Utilize TikTok creator content to launch Spark Ads campaigns
• Write ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on visual assets
• Track, measure, and report on key campaign metrics to maximize ROI
• Create weekly campaign reports for clients on Meta and TikTok performance
• Support administrative tasks related to campaign setup, reporting, and client communications
• Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to ensure ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages align with performance goals
