Salary: P60,000-P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 10:00PM to 7:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant
  • Advanced Office 365 skills: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Planner, PowerPoint
  • Proven experience with EHR systems (Athena experience a plus)
  • All-day video call readiness (camera on)
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection and a quiet WFH setup

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • A calm, proactive presence, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and accountability
  • Knows how to deal with difficult or demanding patients

What will you do?

  • Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
  • Support patient visits: prep charts, assist during consultations, coordinate follow-ups
  • Manage scheduling, referrals, pre-authorizations, and care coordination
  • Assist the lead physician in patient care coordination
  • Schedule appointments and remind patients of upcoming visits or lab work
  • Answer phone calls from patients via Weave and assist with inquiries or messages
  • Keep EHR (Athena, etc.) notes timely, accurate, and compliant
  • Scribe Support: Attend meetings or listen to recordings to summarize and create documentation
  • Meeting Management: Take notes, maintain meeting minutes
  • Task Management: Assign and update tasks in MS Planner; manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Document Handling: Organize files in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, PDF
  • Content Creation: Update SOPs, employee handbooks, training docs, templates, and agreements
  • Team Channels Management: Ensure consistency across MS Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneNote
  • Project Oversight: Use MS OneNote for special project documentation and tracking
  • Excel Reporting: Build reports, use formulas, manage spreadsheets, and support forecasting
