Medical Billing Assistant Applied Behavior Analysis

Location: Remote (Open to Philippines, Africa, Latin America)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $4–$6 per hour (depending on experience)

About The Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) medical billing. This role is fully focused on ABA billing operations and requires hands-on experience working with ABA providers or institutions.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with insurance companies and patients, and have solid ABA billing expertise, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end ABA medical billing processes
• Verify patient insurance eligibility
• Process and track prior authorizations
• Submit claims and follow up with insurance providers
• Resolve claim issues, denials, and payment discrepancies
• Contact patients to collect and confirm the required billing information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
  
  

• Proven hands-on experience in ABA billing or direct work with an ABA provider/institution
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Comfortable communicating with patients and insurance companies
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  
  

• Experience working remotely with U.S. insurance providers
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with ABA billing workflows and compliance
