What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
  • Experience managing marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience editing images (Canva or similar tools)
  • Basic WordPress editing experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using new AI tools

What will you do?

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Systems & Platform Specialist to join our Philippines-based team and support our Australian business operations. This role is primarily responsible for managing and optimising our HubSpot marketing and CRM systems, including automation workflows, marketing campaigns, and the way website data flows into HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot & Marketing Systems Management (Primary Focus)
  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Build, optimise, and maintain automation workflows and nurture sequences
  • Set up an d support integration and optimization between HubSpot and Xero
  • Improve the flow of marketing data from website forms into HubSpot
  • Manage landing pages, forms, and contact segmentation
  • Support email campaign creation and automation
  • Provide recommendations to improve our marketing automation and systems
  • Direct Platform Support
  • Emerging job advertising platform for General Practitioners
  • Take ownership of the operational and technical setup of job advertisements, ensuring listings are accurately prepared and published
  • Manage the process of getting job ads live on the platform and ensuring listings remain current and correctly presented
  • Work closely with the Australian team member responsible for sales and client relationships, ensuring job advertisements are delivered smoothly once they are sold
  • Website Updates (WordPress)
  • Upload and format blog posts
  • Make simple content updates to pages (text, links, images)
  • Add or replace images where needed

No SEO execution is required. SEO-related changes will be managed by our external SEO specialist.

  • Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility)
  • Assist with social media content creation if required
  • Create and edit images for social posts
  • Schedule and publish posts when needed

Social media may also be handled by an external provider, however this role provides flexibility to manage or support this function if required.

  • Administrative & Recruitment Support
  • Provide occasional administrative support when other team members require assistance
