Marketing Manager

SJK-Guahan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is crucial for strengthening and growing our marketing efforts to support the sales and service team. The successful candidate will be integral in shaping our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and leveraging CRM insights to inform both marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing social media platforms, planning and executing physical events, overseeing merchandise, and managing website development and trend analysis through our existing and new channels.

Additionally, this role will focus on strengthening our golf and turf solutions in the market with our ClubCar, Jacobsen, and other equipment lines. Our brand has a strong connection with the outdoors and the lifestyle that accompanies it. At SJK-Guahan, our mission is to continuously find ways to enhance the enjoyment of being outdoors through affordable and trustworthy products.

Duties & Responsibilities

MARKETING LEADERSHIP

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and market presence.

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.

Ensure all marketing communications align with the brands voice and objectives.

CRM DATA MANAGEMENT

Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing opportunities.

Utilize CRM insights to develop targeted marketing strategies and inform the sales team of potential leads and trends.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL MARKETING

Manage and expand the companys social media presence.

Create engaging content that supports marketing campaigns and business goals.

Monitor and adjust strategies based on social media trends.

EVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Plan and execute physical events such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for successful event execution.

Measure and report on event ROI and its impact on brand awareness.

MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT

Oversee the design, production, and distribution of branded merchandise.

Ensure merchandise aligns with brand standards and enhances market presence.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

Oversee the development and maintenance of the companys website.

Lead the creation of new websites as needed to support business initiatives.

Optimize websites for user experience and SEO.

TREND ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY

Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Apply market and CRM data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve sales performance.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and support their efforts with data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the golf, turf, or outdoor lifestyle industries.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Experience in event planning and execution.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
