Scope of Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand and working on a daily basis with Robert Walters SEA marketing team, the Marketing Executive (Philippines) will play a pivotal role as the go-to marketer for the delivery of Robert Walters marketing plan on the Philippines’ fast-growing recruitment and job market.
Responsibilities
Content Writing & Strategy
Create, write, and edit a wide range of thought leadership content that positions the Robert Walters Group as a best-in-class recruitment partner and forward-thinking employer. This includes surveys, whitepapers, the annual Salary Survey, senior management speeches, articles, and blog posts.
Take ownership of the end-to-end content production cycle, from research and drafting to final sign-off and publication, ensuring all materials align with local market insights and global brand guidelines.
Develop and manage the content calendar for the Philippines market across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, relevant material.
Lead Generation
Facilitate business growth by carrying out lead generation campaigns through mailers, social sponsored campaigns, webinars, or other innovative channels, with an objective to increase job flow from new clients and applications from new candidates.
Transform our key thought leadership content (Salary Survey, SEA-wide local research) in revenue generating materials by providing sales qualified leads to the business and ensuring a tight follow-up.
Report on the success of lead generation initiatives through KPIs such as client meetings, job leads or placements.
Client/Candidate Relationship & Sales Support
Take ownership of end-to-end corporate event management for consultants to regularly meet with strategic clients/candidates
Using internal knowledge of the Philippines’s talent and recruitment markets, source for quality event partners, sponsorship events, or partnership opportunities, and collaborate with business closely to make the most of these opportunities and generate ROI
Create, write and manage the production of key marketing materials to support sales, aligned to Robert Walters brand guidelines.
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing (content, events, social, digital, PR) preferably with consultancy firms or professional services industries.
Full proficiency in spoken and written English to be able to engage easily with the SEA marketing team and creating content and campaigns in English.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills (internal and external), confidence in presenting ideas and point of views internally, and the ability to be agile and deliver in a sales environment are essential.
Hands-on approach to work, energy, drive and positive attitude, as well as organisational skills to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to details and creativity, with the ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
Knowledge of design tools (Adobe, Canva, Affinity) is a plus
