We are looking for a Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help drive the brand awareness and growth of our Mens Care Brand. You will be responsible for executing social media strategies, coordinating campaigns, assisting with content creation, and analyzing market trends to help our products reach the modern Filipino. If you have a passion for consumer brands, e-commerce, and digital marketing, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Campaign Execution: Help execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for product launches, monthly e-commerce sales and holiday promotions.
• Influencer & Community Relations: Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with grooming influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• E-Commerce Coordination: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure marketing visuals and product copy are updated on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Content & Copywriting: Write compelling captions, email newsletters, and ad copies tailored to a male's audience.
• Market Research & Analytics: Monitor monthly campaign performance, track social media engagement metrics, and stay updated on the latest trends in mens grooming and self-care.
  
  

• Experience: 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Brand Management (experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or e-commerce is a major plus).
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) for quick social media content turnaround.
• Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
