A large global organisation well-known for their consumer brands & products. They have a large & growing presence in APAC.

Job Description

Define and execute the companys strategic vision and long-term goals
Lead and develop leaders across multiple functions including sales, marketing, finance, HR & supply chain
Drive sales & revenue growth through a strong GTM strategy and best-in-class execution of the sales initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operations
Build a high-performance culture
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Identify and develop a successor for this role

The Successful Applicant

Background leading & developing sales teams; ideally a significant portion of the GMs career should be in the sales function
Background in CPG is essential
Track record of commitment & career progression
Proven ability to grow businesses & deliver results consistently
Strong financial & business acumen is essential
Ideally Filipino and/or with experience in the Philippines market
