Manager Finance

Manager, Finance will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role will also involve financial analysis, financial modelling, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors, complex support, production or operations team(s)
• Accountable for the performance, results and budget of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees within own discipline or function
• Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions
• Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior management
• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customer
• Main contact for topics relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Site Security Management, Export/Customs Control, real estate topics
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Graduate of Finance
• A relevant completed study with a duration of 3 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years)
• Min. 5+ years relevant working experience, relevant management experience will be added advantage
• Possess Local / Legal entity financial management skills (e.g. Financial reporting, Tax etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently
