• Contract Management: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to agreements.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, such as operations, training, quality, workforce, finance, to align vendor activities with organizational objectives.
• Audit and Reporting: Ensure ARC teams provide regular audits and performance reviews, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to leadership.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance vendor governance frameworks, policies, and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
