Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and lead the execution of the overarching strategy for the citizen developer community of practice, helping to define goals and creating actionable plans to drive engagement and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, acting as a trusted bridge between the organization and its users to foster connection and trust.
Advocate for the community by ensuring their feedback, ideas, and challenges are heard, understood, and considered by relevant teams and leadership within the organization.
Organize and execute engaging community events, both in-person and virtual, to bring members together, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote the programs success.
Act as a key resource and coach for citizen developers, providing guidance and support for their automation and process transformation initiatives.
Create and manage a comprehensive communication plan for all community events, advocacy programs, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
Manage the online community platforms, including moderating and sparking discussion on identified forums and/or social channels, and creating compelling content to drive interaction.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key community health metrics, using data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and adapt plans accordingly.
Advocate for process transformation through the #Betterways mindset of “Rethink, Optimize, Automate with AI.”
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Experience)
Has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in community management, technical advocacy, corporate communications, or a related field;
Knowledgeable in automation and AI technologies (e.g., RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, GenAI concepts) are essential;
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, and influence stakeholders to achieve core business objectives;
Proven experience in creating and managing strategic communication plans and campaigns for community events, programs, and digital campaigns;
Strong event management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating and collaborating with key internal and external partners for both online and offline events;
Strong communicator, active listener, data storyteller, technical writer, data integrator and overall organizer; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical peers, and members of the management. English and Filipino are the medium of communication;
Previous tech advocacy or evangelization experiences or developer relations, and Lean Six Sigma certifications are strong advantages;
