Maintenance Staff

About The Role

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for troubleshooting major and minor issues and concerns in the production shop floor. The role includes monitoring maintenance activities across the CMS production area.

Key responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance checks in compliance with set standards in safety and quality

Check and review regular Preventive Maintenance Programs in all machines in CMS production floor

Perform routine health and safety checks to ensure all machines are working properly

Prepare reporting of regular PM program activities

Utilize tools, materials and equipment related to assigned area of responsibility

Evaluate equipment and supplies to ensure effective operations

Execute special projects and assignments

Effectively respond to emergency machine breakdowns

Interact with staff and other inter-departmental communications as needed

Qualification

Proven experience as Maintenance Associate or Technician

Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

Knows how to troubleshoot machines

Organizational and leadership abilities

Communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Problem-solving skills

Detail oriented

Basic proficiency with office software
