Job Description

Position Responsibilities

Conducts legal researches, attend litigation, draft legal opinions, review contracts, and give legal advice.

Job Requirements

Graduate of Law, Bar passer
With two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a lawyer, with at least one (1) year work in a corporate setting, technology or intellectual property law
Has substantial knowledge on legal researches, contracts, pleadings and litigation in the areas of tax, labor and corporate law
Above average written and oral communication skills
Possesses leadership skills
Computer literate with demonstrable basic understanding of Information Technology and/or Broadcast Technology

Other Information

Develops passion for work; patient and determined
Works well with different types of people
