The Opportunity: Lead IT Engineer, Cashalo

We are looking for a Lead IT Engineer to own and evolve the technical infrastructure powering our operations in Manila. Youll take the reins on a complex, high-stakes environment -networks, servers, identity, compliance - and lead it with the maturity and urgency a growing fintech demands.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days/week in our Manila HQ.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Own the infrastructure - Manage on-prem servers, Mediatel systems, and 400–500 GSM gateways supporting Cashalos agent operations
• Lead active projects - Drive delivery of projects like a firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD/Meraki Wi-Fi migration, and zero trust network rollout
• Manage cloud and identity - Handle user provisioning, MDM, and cloud tooling with a focus on access control and security hygiene
• Own IT compliance - Lead audit preparation and execution, maintaining a consistently high standard of IT governance
• Drive vendor delivery - Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure projects with urgency and rigour
