Lead Full Stack Developer AU Construction Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer
• Proven full stack development experience with .NET, Vue.js, T-SQL, and C#.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, MS SQL databases, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex systems and integrations.
  
  

What will you do?

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the GM and the development team, ensuring clear communication of priorities, risks, and progress.
• Translate strategic technology initiatives and business objectives into actionable technical plans, roadmaps, and backlog items.
• Provide technical leadership across .NET, Vue.js, T-SQL, and C#, setting and reinforcing coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with other technology and business teams (e.g. infrastructure, security, data, product owners) to manage dependencies and remove blockers.
• Proactively identify and communicate delivery risks, issues, and trade-offs, escalating to the Group Manager - Engineering & Innovation as needed.
• Champion engineering excellence, including code quality, testing, observability, performance, and secure-by-design principles.
  
  

Project Delivery

• Work closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate using modern project management tools and version control systems.
• Complete accurate timekeeping and reporting as required.
  
  

Software Development and Support

• Develop and maintain .NET platform applications and integration layers.
• Build and support Vue.js frontend applications and customer-facing portals.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using .NET, Vue.js, T-SQL, and C#.
• Design and develop scalable software applications following agile methodologies.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and guiding less experienced developers.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.
• Address post-deployment issues and ensure application stability and performance.
• Collaborate with production support teams to resolve user issues and improve satisfaction.
• Undertake additional duties within skill set as business needs arise.
  
  

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Ensure software quality and reliability through rigorous testing practices and peer reviews.
  
  

Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system designs.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and FAQs for stakeholders and support teams.
• Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and accessible.
