This pivotal role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes, conducting thorough process reviews, managing risks, and leading project management efforts within the realm of customer funds management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial processes.

• Responsible for quality checks, risk evaluation and recommendations of CFM processes
• Ensures that all wallet balances are correct, intact and fully accounted for in the QA process findings
• Relays to management findings on process gaps, evaluation of recommended processes and risk evaluations.
• Supports the team to by following SLAs and adhering to policies.
• Independent to operations and shows no bias,data driven findings and recommendations
  
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Accountancy, Management Accounting, any finance-related courses or any data-related courses
• Preferably with project management, risk management or audit experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changes
• Keen to details and has the ability to analyze transactions
• Good presentation and collaboration skills
