What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as external partners agreements, official letters, purchase orders, terms of service, and others.
  • Overseeing corporate governance, drafting resolutions, reviewing corporate documents.
  • Research and track international legal shifts to proactively manage global compliance risks.
  • Supporting business teams in implementing new products and services in line with Kinguinโ€™s legal and compliance strategy.
  • Cooperating with the compliance team to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis under the regulation of different countries worldwide.
  • Coordinating with external law firms, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Occasionally provide specialized legal support for Philippines operations, focusing on employment and commercial law.
  • Most of the work will pertain to international regulations and not Philippines law. High flexibility, being open-minded, and prepared to conduct deep-dive research into unfamiliar international regulations as the business scales are necessary.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
  • Solid understanding of contract and corporate law.
  • Knowledge of consumer law, IP, employment, fintech regulations is a plus.
  • Experience with foreign legal systems is welcomed.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset focused on delivering practical solutions.
