Job Description
Develop and implement labor relations strategies to align with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to management on labor laws and compliance requirements.
Facilitate negotiations and handle collective bargaining agreements effectively.
Resolve employee grievances and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct training sessions for management and staff on labor relations policies and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities and ensure legal documentation is up to date.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address employee concerns and policy updates.
Stay informed about labor law changes and industry trends in the Technology & Telecoms sector.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Labor Relations Manager Should Have
Must be a licensed lawyer
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
Experience in handling collective bargaining agreements and employee relations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to resolve conflicts professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends in Technology & Telecoms.
