YES, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTACT CENTER OPERATOR!

WHAT TO DO?

• advise customers on the info line and hotline of the online store
• on time, process online orders and follow up on them
• assist customers in resolving problematic issues (returns, exchanges of goods)
• record customer inquiries and customer feedback
• transfer information from customer requests to partners and to the offline department store
• communicate in chat on the website, instant messengers and by mail
• create collections at the client's request, provide consultations on selecting images
• maintain supporting documentation
  
  

• desire to learn quickly and develop in a team
• clear diction and perfect command of the Ukrainian language (knowledge of foreign languages is welcome)
• experience in BAS ERP, CRM, Microsoft Officer (will be an advantage)
