Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic Business Plans services to residential customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate sales teams to consistently hit and exceed targets.
Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in assigned areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any course.
Proven field sales experience.
Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
Results-oriented and target-driven leader.
