Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create engaging content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Produce and edit short-form videos to tell stories and to highlight our innovations, team, and impact.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
