Job Title:

Junior Sales Engineer

Youll make a difference by:

• Supporting senior sales engineers in developing opportunities across Protection & Automation (PA), SCADA / Digital Substation, and Medium Voltage (MV) solutions.
• Assisting in customer engagement activities including meetings, presentations, site visits, and requirement gathering.
• Reviewing and interpreting basic electrical documents (e.g., SLDs, specifications) under guidance to support solution discussions.
• Coordinating with Tendering and Engineering teams to compile technical and commercial proposal documentation.
• Supporting sales operations activities including CRM updates, funnel tracking, reporting, and documentation control.
• Actively building technical and commercial knowledge through structured training and on-the-job exposure.
  
  

Your defining qualities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience).
• Basic understanding of power systems, MV/LV distribution, protection & control, or substation automation.
• Ability to read and interpret SLDs or electrical drawings (academic or internship exposure acceptable).
• Strong willingness to learn with a genuine interest in electrification and automation solutions.
• Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
