The Kambi IT Operations is looking for NOC Engineers to further strengthen our teams ability to deliver a prompt, efficient and outstanding support to the IT Operations requirement of the business.

Job Scope:

Provide IT Support across all offices.
Provide quality technical support to operators.
System monitoring
Troubleshoot application and server problems and initiate necessary actions and escalation procedure.

Qualifications:

Experience providing IT Support - local or remote
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and any related courses
Exposure to Sportsbook industry is an advantage
Proficiency in Linux is desirable.
Willing to learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Ability to work longer hours, night shifts, and shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
Good team player
