Junior Accountant AU Healthcare Hybrid

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• A minimum of 3 years experience in AU accounting and finance
• Hands on experience with Xero accounting software
• Intermediate computer software skills, including excel (vlook ups and tables)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Aged care and NDIS experience preferred
• Experience construction and maintenance sector industry
• Arabic Language
  
  

What will you do?

• Provide support to the Accounts Department
• Manage obligations to suppliers, clients and third-party vendors
• Reconcile financial statements from suppliers
• Prepare, send and store invoices
• Managing inter-company transactions
• Assisting with Payroll
• Ensuring Consumer statements are sent out in an accurate, timely and complete manner
• Handling communications with clients, suppliers and employees via phone, email and in-person
• Assisting with audits, reviews and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Other ad hoc accounting duties to support the broader team
• Undertake additional financial tasks or projects as assigned by the senior management team
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement more efficient and effective procedures
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
