Works closely with technical and solution teams to design and deliver customized IT solutions that address client needs and support their operational goals.
Supports account planning activities, including opportunity tracking, proposal development, and customer presentations to drive successful deal outcomes.
Contributes to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices, helping peers when needed, and promoting continuous improvement across the account management team
Minimum Qualifications
Must have at least 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in IT solution sales, supporting revenue growth and helping teams meet sales targets across diverse industries.
Strong client relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and maintain long-term account partnerships.
Solid negotiation and communication abilities that contribute to successful deal support and high‑value opportunity closures.
Proactive in identifying potential growth opportunities, analyzing customer pain points, and contributing to effective sales strategies.
Collaborative team player with proven capability to support account management processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business expansion.
