What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous experience working as Talent Marketing Analyst, Business Insights Associate, Research Analyst, or something similar of nature
• Adept understanding at BI Tools (Tablaeu, PowerBI, SFDC)
• Adept understanding in data relational model (SQL) is a big plus but not required
• Can communicate confidently with stakeholders regarding reports and their inquiries
• Data-curious - has an eye for nuanced and intricate details
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruitment reporting and analyses a plus.
  
  

What will you do? Data Validation & Hygiene:

• Reporting & Visualization:
• Design, create, and deliver insightful business reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, extract, and compile data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Utilize visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
• Work with large datasets and ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
• Support the development of dashboards and visual analytics to drive strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and data processes as needed
• Provide support to BI team in running recurring validation exercises to ensure accuracy of data
• Provide support to BI team in cleaning up on raw files to be ingested in the reports (data formatting, lookups, etc.)
• Responsible for all data hygiene tasks delegated by the BI team
