IT Officer

Job Description

The IT Officer Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Developing and supporting the integration between SAP Business One and other application platforms.
• Customizing and developing new forms and monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure.
  
  

The position allows for participation in IT projects, providing an opportunity for an

individual to collaborate with colleagues from other business entities.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in SAP Business One or other ERP platforms are an advantage.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, especially in integration frameworks, SDK, and Add-on development.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including server and network administration, backups, and monitoring tools.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT roles involving ERP system customization, integration, or infrastructure support.

Proven experience in developing or customizing forms, reports, or dashboards within enterprise systems.

Experience participating in cross-functional IT projects and collaborating with diverse teams.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Other Requirements

Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies and SAP developments.

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Flexibility to work across business units.
