Were looking for an experienced International Sales Supervisor to lead a newly formed team focused on premium and long-haul international travel packages.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the entire process from seat blocking and product development to driving sales and ensuring successful departures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a new team of International Travel Sales Agents
  • Identify opportunities for group departures and premium travel product
  • Negotiate and secure airline seat blocks and group allocations
  • Develop competitive international travel packages
  • Create and execute sales strategies to ensure blocked inventory is sold
  • Monitor booking pace, seat utilization, and profitability
  • Work closely with Marketing to generate demand and increase conversions
  • Guide the team on visa requirements, travel documentation, and destination knowledge

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience selling premium and long-haul international travel packages
  • Experience in airline seat blocking, group allocations, and series departures (non-negotiable)
  • Strong knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation for major destinations
  • Experience in product development and package creatio
  • Experience supervising and coaching Sales Agents
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and inventory utilization
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and sales management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SABRE GDS is a strong advantage
  • Existing relationships with airlines, tourism boards, wholesalers, and international suppliers
  • Experience handling premium, luxury, or long-haul destinations

Successfully secures profitable seat blocks and group allocations

Launches attractive international travel products

Builds and develops a high-performing sales team

Achieves sales targets and minimizes unsold inventory

Ensures blocked seats convert into confirmed bookings and successful departures
