The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Insights Manager to lead our Manila-based team of Insights Analysts.

At the heart of data-driven decision-making, you will partner closely with our Research and Account Servicing teams to transform complex media data into clear, compelling, and actionable stories for top-tier global brands. You will play a pivotal role in driving report quality, mentoring talent, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and directly supporting revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Insights Analysts; set performance standards, conduct regular reviews, and foster a positive, innovative team culture.
• Insights Delivery & Quality Control: Oversee report production and client presentations to ensure exceptional quality, storytelling, and analytical rigor before final delivery.
• AI & Process Innovation: Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to optimize speed, efficiency, and data visualization across report generation and analysis.
• Client & Revenue Support: Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, present high-level media findings, and collaborate with Account Managers and Sales on pitches, proposals, and service evolution.
  
  

• Background: Proven experience in market research, data analytics, media monitoring, or journalism (agency or client-side experience is a strong advantage).
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex media data, answer the "so what?", and translate findings into strategic insights.
• Tech & Data Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), data visualization tools, dashboards, and AI/automation platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Social Media Acumen: Strong understanding of social media channels, social monitoring, and digital marketing trends.
