Schedule: Morning Shift (06:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in sales support, technical sales, or IT administration
• Experience preparing sales quotes or proposals
• Experience working with CRM systems (ConnectWise preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT or Managed Services (MSP) environments
• Familiarity with IT hardware, software licensing, or cloud solutions
  
  

What will you do?

We are looking for a Sales Support to support our growing sales operations and act as the first point of contact for customer sales enquiries and quotations. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent customer service while assisting the sales team in delivering accurate quotes, managing sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Quotations

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and manage sales quotations and documentation for customers.
• Support the External Sales team with pricing, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Track and manage opportunities in ConnectWise CRM.
  
  

Sales Systems & Pipeline Management

• Maintain and manage ITQuoter quotation system.
• Support Scalepad lifecycle management database for asset tracking.
  
  

Renewals & Vendor Coordination

• Manage annual client renewals, including Microsoft licensing and warranties.
• Coordinate special pricing and bids with technology vendors and distributors.
• Monitor vendor promotions and pricing opportunities.
