Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

7 years of expertise in LogicMonitor and VMware administration (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
Solid understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments
Familiarity with enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS)
Knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, routers, SNMP)
Experience creating custom alerts, dashboards, and reports in SolarWinds
Ability to analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice To Have

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Understanding of ITIL processes and monitoring best practices.
Exposure to application monitoring and dependency mapping.

What will you do?

Configure and optimize modules for comprehensive monitoring of:

VMware clusters and virtual machines
Enterprise storage platforms
Physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux)
Critical application sets
Networking components (as required)

Develop and maintain alerting, dashboards, and reporting for proactive issue detection.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams to define monitoring requirements.
Ensure monitoring aligns with performance, capacity, and availability objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.
