CAREERS__DESC_TITLE

• Influencer collaborations and management: Communicate smoothly with influencers, draft creative briefs based on requirements, align on concepts, and drive high-impact outcomes.
• Offline event planning and execution: Work with external and/or internal partners to plan and execute end-to-end delivery of offline event projects in the Philippines.
• Community management: Engage with players professionally to build healthy communities and increase overall player engagement.
• Marketing insights: Provide the team with localized insights for the Philippines market and contribute campaign ideas based on the local insights.
• Local trend awareness: Monitor local gaming and social trends to identify relevant opportunities for campaigns and content.
• Liaise with local moderators and coordinate the timely completion of work deliverables.
• Support the marketing team in other tasks and projects as needed.
  
  

CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
• Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of popular games in the Philippines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing influencers and/or community, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Strong grasp of local social trends, with the ability to quickly provide creative ideas and insights.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
