IAM Analyst Education AU Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Maintain the roadmap for workforce, privileged and customer identity access management.
• Assist the lead in developing the security policies, processes as it relates to IAM
• Uplift identity access management maturity for IDP Education.
• Participate in the identity and access management projects and assist with implementation.
• Subject matter consultancy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate identity management platforms.
• Own the user access reviews.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes that may include security/authorisation set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
• Responsible for resolving issue, support requests, etc.
• Ensure identity and access management solutions operate within SLAs.
• Develop meaningful reporting metrics to track and report on IDPs risk position with respect to management of the identity lifecycle across IDP.
  
  

• Previous experience operating one or more of customer identity access management, workforce identity access management, privileged access management solutions
• Knowledge and experience of relevant IDAM tools and solutions
• General knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2 and other associated standards and protocols
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the identity access management landscape.
• Owner of the outcomes.
• Resilience to continue uplifting IDAM maturity when faced with challenges and setbacks.
• Strong day to day organisational skills to manage a diverse set of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields required.
• Experience in a hybrid environment (On-prem Active Directory and Entra ID)
• Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of Entra ID (users, groups, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Enterprise Applications)
• PowerShell scripting experience using Graph modules.
• Professional Cyber Security Certified Information Systems
• Experience with Amazon Cognito for customer identity management.
