Business Consultant with strong telecom domain expertise to support OSS/BSS transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify pain points, design future-state operating models, and recommend industry best practices to improve telecom operations.The consultant will be responsible for conducting workshops with business users, documenting current and target processes, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with telecom operational and technology requirements.

What will your job look like?

  • Engage with telecom business stakeholders to understand existing operational processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement sessions to capture current-state business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Design and document as-is and to-be OSS/BSS processes across telecom domains.
  • Analyze end-to-end telecom processes including lead-to-order, order-to-activate, trouble-to-resolve, and bill-to-cash.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, manual interventions, system gaps, and opportunities for automation.
  • Recommend best practices followed in telecom to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
  • Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis reports, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business teams, operations teams, and IT teams to validate requirements and process designs.
  • Support solution design, implementation planning, testing, and user acceptance activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in telecom business consulting, business analysis, or OSS/BSS transformation.
  • Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes and operating models.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions.
  • Knowledge of telecom functional areas such as CRM, order management, provisioning, billing, assurance, inventory, and trouble ticketing.
  • Ability to document business processes clearly and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting, system integration, or telecom IT environment.
  • Willing to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid set up (3x per week) and in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Local hiring only. Location: Manila, Philippines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to TM Forum frameworks such as eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
  • Experience in telecom digital transformation, process redesign, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, system integration, and service lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting large-scale telecom implementations or modernization programs.
