Job Description

  • Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and records management
  • Oversee onboarding, contract processing, and employee movement documentation for both direct and outsourced personnel
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and investigations in alignment with company policies
  • Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement, training, and wellness programs
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management decision-making
  • Guide and mentor HR Assistants and support staff to ensure smooth departmental operations
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with 12 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and government regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Office setting with a standard Monday to Friday schedule; may require occasional overtime and weekend duty.
