HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist - Part Time US Fintech WFH

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Manila time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3+ experience working with HubSpot (email marketing and workflows required)
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and performance metrics
• Experience with audience segmentation and automation strategies
• Basic design skills and familiarity with email layout principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have

• HubSpot certifications (Email Marketing, Marketing Software, etc.)
• Familiarity with Hubspot data management
• Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments
  
  

What will you do?

• Create, build, and deploy email campaigns within HubSpot, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional sends
• Design and format emails using existing HubSpot templates and the drag-and drop editor
• Segment contact lists and ensure proper audience targeting
• Set up and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Maintain database hygiene, including list management and contact updates
• Ensure emails follow best practices for deliverability and regional compliance
