Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

Role Responsibilities

  • Functional administration of the UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG Workforce Centre Management
  • Maintain and monitor interfaces between SAP Payroll and Kronos
  • Maintain Workforce Central and Workforce Pro in compliance with Enterprise Agreements and Awards
  • Manage incidents, problems and requests, and resolve functional issues within agreed time frames
  • Implement award and roster changes as directed by the Human Resources teams
  • Interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Awards for the Meat Industry
  • Support the Payroll Systems team and extended HR team by providing systems expertise and solutions
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through innovative technologies and processes
  • Maintain standard procedures and documentation
  • Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and interpret new legislation
  • Help improve the way things are done and identify improvement opportunities
  • Be familiar with company processes, operating procedures and policies relevant to your role
  • Report all workplace incidents, accidents and hazards immediately to your manager, and rectify minor hazards that can be safely controlled
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with JBS Australia Occupational Health and Safety practices
  • Maintain continued ability to meet the Critical Job Demands for the position
  • Meet all requirements relating to Quality, OH&S and Environmental Management as stated in the JBS Australia Employee Handbook

  • Experience developing requirements and conducting unit testing
  • Experience working within complex, multi-site and multi-agreement organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, analyse solutions effectively, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • SOX / Audit compliance knowledge
  • Analytical and solutions-focused mindset
Reporting Requirements:

  • KRONOS system reporting and extracts
  • Various ad hoc reports as required
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
