Job Description

Act as a strategic partner and operational lead. This role is responsible for aligning talent strategy with business goals, driving employee engagement, and managing all daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of broad HR experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Work alongside leaders to drive clear communication initiatives within the company to ensure clarity of the strategy and culture and drive accountability through the organization.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate action planning.
  • Support leaders in defining and communicating vision, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Identify talent needs, address gaps, and implement succession and development plans.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation, performance mapagement, and other HR programs.
  • Oversee local compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness and support talent retention.
  • Understand the existing competencies and talent needs of the various assigned groups and identify and address talent issues before they impact the business; partner with the business to build capability where needed.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate action planning.

  • Partner with the Corporate HR functions to develop and implement solutions that drive business objectives.
  • Oversee local compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness and support talent retention.

Administrative

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Assist in preparing reports and internal documents

Requirements

  • With at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With at least 3-5 years experience in handling different Human Resource functions and attending to employees concerns and issues.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and courier, logistics or operations experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to deal with highly personal and confidential information
  • Effective written and oral English Communication
  • Must be able to deliver effectively and with minimal supervision
  • Able to do multitasking
  • Has a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
  • Flexible and can effectively deal with all sorts of people.
  • Can facilitate/lead employee meetings, gathering and events
