Act as a strategic partner and operational lead. This role is responsible for aligning talent strategy with business goals, driving employee engagement, and managing all daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of broad HR experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Work alongside leaders to drive clear communication initiatives within the company to ensure clarity of the strategy and culture and drive accountability through the organization.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate action planning.
Support leaders in defining and communicating vision, goals, and performance metrics.
Identify talent needs, address gaps, and implement succession and development plans.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation, performance mapagement, and other HR programs.
Oversee local compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness and support talent retention.
Understand the existing competencies and talent needs of the various assigned groups and identify and address talent issues before they impact the business; partner with the business to build capability where needed.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate action planning.

Partner with the Corporate HR functions to develop and implement solutions that drive business objectives.
Oversee local compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness and support talent retention.
Administrative
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Assist in preparing reports and internal documents
Requirements
With at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
With at least 3-5 years experience in handling different Human Resource functions and attending to employees concerns and issues.
Experience in freight forwarding and courier, logistics or operations experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to deal with highly personal and confidential information
Effective written and oral English Communication
Must be able to deliver effectively and with minimal supervision
Able to do multitasking
Has a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
Flexible and can effectively deal with all sorts of people.
Can facilitate/lead employee meetings, gathering and events
Telephone Call Centers and Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting
