Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

The HR will assist in carrying out the following functional areas: performance management, benefits and compensation, and other HR Special Projects and employment related functions.

HR Officer

  • Provide first line advice to our people on all areas relating to the employment lifecycle specifically on Performance Management.
  • Act an as escalation point and support with triage of HR queries and questions.
  • Managing all the HR Ops processes including “Joiners / Leavers / Movers”, promotion, leaves & absences, ensuring the data quality and systems update.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help deliver the HR strategy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function.
  • Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and management stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Backend updates of email in self-service portal.
  • Enrollment of employees in the Performance Module, monthly cycle.
  • Enrollment of new HR employees within Darwin.
  • Report extraction as needed.
  • Update back-end data as needed.
  • Advocate to transfer the knowledge to new team members.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, manage access, and update employee information.
  • Manage data input and cleansing across all modules of the system.
  • Ensure system compliance for data integrity and security, and privacy requirements
