Responsibilities And Duties

  • Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Review, verify, and process daily time records (DTRs) for payroll preparation.
  • Generate reports on attendance, overtime, tardiness, absences, and manpower headcount.
  • Manage duty schedule encoding and updates for assigned departments.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Prepare billing requests and assist in managing outsourced employee contracts.
  • Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and provide support for employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and attendance regulations.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and archive timekeeping documents.
  • Support employee onboarding, including timekeeping orientation and biometric enrollment.
  • Assist in the review and renewal of outsourced agency contracts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related Behavioral Science Course
  • Proficiency with HRIS timekeeping software and system
  • Good understanding of laws and legislations
  • At least (1) year relevant experience in timekeeping
  • Organized, detail oriented and can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced skills in oral and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven experience in timekeeping or a related administrative role.

Experience: Atleast 1 year experience in timekeeping
