Head Of Commercial

We’re hiring a Head of Commercial for Mettamatch, and I’m looking for referrals!

Mettamatch is an ethical AI data services company. We build and run annotation, verification and data preparation for international clients in AI and technology, delivered by a trained Philippine workforce.

Our client work has grown through relationships and reputation. This role builds a repeatable pipeline alongside that.

It’s a hands-on lead role, and not a junior one. You’d own pricing, deal structure and pipeline for our data services. You’d work closely with our Head of Operations, so every commitment we make is one we can deliver.

The right person is based in the Philippines and sells confidently to international clients. A network into US companies building or scaling AI products would be a real advantage.

We’re mission-driven, and that shapes the work we take on. The rate has to support proper pay for the people delivering it. Holding that line with a client, without losing the client, is part of the job.
