About NowServing

NowServing connects patients with healthcare providers across the Philippines. Were building new growth channels beyond our current digital marketing to reach more Filipinos who need healthcare.

The Opportunity

Youll build and own entirely new patient acquisition channels that were not currently working on. Think: partnerships with brands and local businesses, community activations, offline campaigns, and experimental digital channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to create growth engines from scratch.

What Youll Own

  • Partnership channel: Build relationships with brands, retailers, community organizations, and local businesses to reach patients where they are
  • Campaign execution: Design and launch co-marketing promotions, joint events, and local activations
  • New channel testing: Explore and test acquisition channels we havent tried yet (examples: SMS campaigns, podcast sponsorships, healthcare events, professional associations, radio, print, community programs)
  • Performance tracking: Measure whats working, learn fast, and scale winning channel

  • Youre a natural relationship builder who can pitch and close partnerships
  • Youre comfortable creating structure where none exists - you will create the playbook
  • You can handle trying things that might not work - learning excites you
  • You want to own entire channels, not just execute tasks someone else designed
  • You understand Filipino consumer behavior and local market dynamics
  • Youre equally comfortable planning a community event and analyzing campaign data

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with both offline and digital marketing tactics
  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset - you figure things out
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
  • Marketing or business development background is a plus but not required
  • Fresh graduates with demonstrated hustle and initiative are welcome to apply
  • Preferred: Based in or willing to travel within Metro Manila for partnership meetings and activations
