GRC Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Assistant Manager who will help ensure that all business units operate in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. The role will serve as a strategic business partner who drives governance initiatives, enforces compliance, and supports continuous process improvement across the organization.

• Implement and monitor company policies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure proper execution of procedures and alignment across functions, closing existing compliance and process gaps.
• Draft, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and process flows.
• Lead and drive governance and monitoring activities related to SLAs, OLAs, and process adherence.
• Conduct compliance checks and handle noncompliance issues, including recommending appropriate actions.
• Partner with business and finance teams to ensure regulatory, tax, and corporate compliance.
• Support process and system improvements to strengthen operational governance.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in compliance, internal control, audit, or governance-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to guide teams and drive alignment.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling both strategic and hands-on tasks.
• Experience in policy writing or process documentation is an advantage.
