Graphic Designer Web Designer AU Non Profit Organization Hybrid

Salary: P60,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or web design roles supporting NZ, AU, or US markets.
• Strong experience with WordPress website design, updates, and maintenance (experience with WP Engine preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing marketing collateral, social media graphics, branding assets, and website visuals.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset creation.
• Ability to manage multiple websites, brands, and design projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with external printers or suppliers and preparing files for production.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or agency environments is preferred.
• Must provide an online portfolio showcasing relevant design and web work.
  
  

• Build, maintain, and update multiple websites using WordPress and WP Engine, ensuring functionality, usability, and visual quality.
• Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, datasheets, POS materials, social media graphics, EDMs, and website banners.
• Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into clear and effective visual communication.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards across web, social media, and marketing materials.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring correct specifications, layouts, colour management, and pre-press requirements.
• Coordinate with external printers and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Maintain design templates, artwork libraries, and version control across multiple brands and projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Support branding, website updates, social media visuals, and other marketing design needs as required.
